Are you now enduring a season of confusion, suffering and pain? You’ve prayed, and prayed some more, with tears, yet you’ve received no answer. Perhaps you’re tempted to think that it is not the will of God to answer, or you may think that the days when God answered prayer, if He ever did, are over. NOT TRUE! Rather than complain or become angry at God, remember the Apostle Paul and how he joyfully submitted to God’s will. He discovered that God’s grace truly was sufficient, even in the midst of pain, suffering and turmoil. The promise of Jesus still holds true: “I WILLNEVER LEAVE YOU ALONE, NEVER! AND I WILL NOT LOOSEN MY GRIP ON YOUR LIFE!” My dear friend, He may not make your problems go away, but He will be with you in whatever crisis, nourishing you with Himself, sustaining you by His amazing grace and vitalizing you by the awesome power of the Holy Spirit. Then, like Paul, you can also say, “I WILL CELEBRATE MY WEAKNESSES, FOR WHEN I’M WEAK ISENSE MORE DEEPLY THE MIGHTY POWER OF CHRIST LIVING IN ME.”
